ONLINE SHOPPING
I have chosen to use PayPal and the shopping cart system to process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or eCheck. This is a very secure and credible way of "quick paying" so that I can confirm your funds and ship your jewelry as soon as possible. Simply open the web page with the detailed view of the item and click on the Add to Cart button to the right of the image. The shopping cart allows you to purchase one item or multiple items with a single payment! To view what is in your cart at any time, click the View Cart button. When you are ready to purchase, click "Checkout" and follow the steps to purchase your jewelry. It’s fast, easy, and most of all, secure.  *Please note:  North Carolina residents are subject to a 7.25% sales tax.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Via Phone: If you would prefer to pay for your purchase using a personal check or money order, please call (704) 293-5343 and ask for me, Leigh Ann. If I am not available to take your call personally, simply leave a message. Be sure to include your full name and telephone number so I can get back to you as soon as possible.

If your purchase is a gift and you would like the item(s) shipped directly to the recipient, please include the recipient's information. Be sure to include your daytime telephone number and/or e-mail address in case I need clarification. Gifts can be personalized with a special note from you, simply let me know what your message is and I will include it on a note card with your gift.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All available jewelry items will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale, I will notify you within one business day by e-mail or phone. Options for ordering a similar item will be discussed, and an alternative time frame will be suggested.

All jewelry will be shipped from Cornelius, North Carolina via USPS (the U.S. Postal Service) standard shipping (2-5 business days). Purchases that need to be shipped to foreign countries will be shipped by USPS International; additional shipping charges will apply. If you would like your purchase(s) the next business day, shipment will be made using USPS Express Mail (*overnight shipment); additional shipping charges will apply.
*Overnight orders must be placed by 3pm EST.

Should you require shipment to an alternate address for a gift or any other reason, please call or e-mail me, and I will be happy to help you.

•USPS Priority Shipping (2-4 business days), $6.95
• USPS Express Mail (Next day delivery), $17.95

For International Orders
If you are ordering from a country other than the United States, additional fees and/or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.  USPS International (6-10 days) will be an additional charge of $11.95, while USPS Express Mail International (3-5 days) will be an additional charge of $23.95.

PRICING & EXCHANGE POLICIES
All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and subject to change without notice.

Additional charges may apply to re-sizing or other adjustments on one-of-a-kind items.

For exchanges, please call or e-mail me. It is important to me to know the reason for exchanges so I can better accommodate you. For example, if you received a bracelet that does not fit properly, I will be happy to adjust the size for you. I want you to be happy. Refunds will not be given. Jewelry may be exchanged, unharmed and in its original condition, within 14 days of purchase for credit only.

To exchange any items, simply return the piece in its original gift box to me (prepaid insured mail) and include your original receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping.

*Please allow 1-2 weeks from the day you return your package for your credit to be issued.

Every Painted Beauty jewelry purchase is wrapped in a colorful piece of tissue paper and tucked carefully away in a decorative pillow box. Your piece of jewelry will be the perfect gift whether it is for someone else or, better yet, for you!

GIFT CARDS
Gifts can be personalized with a special note from you, simply let me know what your message is and I will include it on a note card with your gift.

GUARANTEE
All jewelry is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to craftsmanship, a store credit or exchange will be provided.
